After graduating in Business Administration from the University of London, Jamal Lootah completed the Corporate Advance Program at IMD, the leading global business school based in Switzerland.
Jamal Lootah started his career with the Security Department of Dubai Port Authority and has been with Dubai World since 1991. In 2005, Jamal Lootah became the organisation's director of Human Resources and General Administration. He had been an active participant in the Dubai Leaders Program, the internationally recognized leadership development initiative launched by Dubai World in association with Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Since 2007, Jamal Lootah is the CEO of the integrated FM service provider Imdaad, as well as the President of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA).
His leadership approach has been instrumental in building the company on strong corporate values with a deeply rooted emphasis on quality, excellence, and international standards.

An MBA graduate from California State University, and attendee of the General Management Program and Agri-business from Harvard Business School and the Leadership Program from IMD University, Saleh Lootah's award-winning career spans over two decades across real estate development, food & beverage manufacturing and trading, Islamic finance and insurance, both locally and globally. Over the years, he has demonstrated expertise in running ethical businesses with an emphasis on innovation, excellence, thought leadership, and high-performance culture while growing talent from within.
A sought-after Keynote Speaker, Saleh Lootah enjoys sharing his ideas and experiences with the international business community, including speaking at events such as the Agri-business Seminar at Harvard Business School - USA and India in 2004 and 2009.
His opinion columns on real estate and the food & beverage industry appear regularly in highly circulated Arabic and English news media.
